6. 3D/Working Drawings/Detail Drawings

3D external views are conceptualized and finalized. Structural drawings are done based on the soil report. A final set of drawings with working plans, elevations, sections, doors /window details, grill details, electrical and plumbing drawings are drafted and handed over to the client.

7. Execution Agreement

A final quote is prepared based on the final set drawings and built up area. An “Execution Agreement” is signed with the Client.

  • What Is The Per Sq. Ft. Charge?

    The Great Builds charges a basic price of Rs.1600* per Sq. Ft.

  • Is The Costing Final?

    The amount charged is open for negotiation & may be decreased/increased based on the requirement & the design of the home.

  • What Costs Are Included?

    All costs for construction including design & execution. The cost also includes finishing items like sanitary fixtures, doors & windows. See our packages here for a better understanding.

  • Does The Great Builds Charge Taxes?

    Yes, The Great Builds is a reputed organisation paying all statutory. The cost mentioned includes GST & no additional taxes are charged.

  • Any Other Additional Charges?

  • Is There a Retention Amount?

    The Great Builds offers 3% of the total project cost as retention to our clients, payable upon handover only.

  • Is There A Buffer-period In The Agreement If The Project Gets Delayed?

    We provide a two month buffer period.
